How to pay
How payment works, what the amount consists of and why there is no “pay” button on the site.
Why there is no payment button on this website
On the website you only submit an order — there is no "pay by card" button here, and that is deliberate.
Our clients live in different countries, and a payment service that suits one of them simply does not work for another: the card is declined, the transfer does not arrive, the currency is not supported. Rather than forcing everyone through a single method, a manager picks the one that will actually work for you.
An added benefit: you do not pay for the service until all the terms have been agreed. First you get confirmation that you do need a visa and that the application can be submitted given the current processing times — and only then do you pay.

How it works
1. You submit an order and say where it is convenient for you to talk — a messaging app or email.
2. A manager contacts you, checks your dates and the purpose of your trip and establishes whether a visa is required at all: in some cases it is not.
3. The manager tells you the final price — the government fees (where they apply) and the cost of our services — as well as the timeframe and the list of documents.
4. You send the documents and photograph your manager has asked for.
5. Together you choose a convenient payment method and currency.
6. Once payment is received, we begin the main work on your order and let you know when the application has been submitted.
Once the price has been agreed and payment received, the amount normally does not change. There is one exception: if the state changes the consular fee before the application is submitted, we will tell you and agree the difference with you, as the offer provides. An agreed price holds for the period your manager states: government fees and exchange rates move, and we cannot hold a price indefinitely.

What the amount consists of
The government (consular) fee is charged for the benefit of the state issuing the visa. Its amount is set by that state and does not depend on us. For some countries and nationalities the fee is zero.
The cost of our services is payment for the work: checking your details, completing the official form, bringing the photograph and scans up to the requirements, submitting the application, paying the fee, waiting for the outcome and passing it on to you. Our services are supplied regardless of whether a government fee applies: even where the fee is zero, this work is done and is paid for.
Prices on the website are a guide. In currencies other than the rouble the price includes the cost of transfer and conversion, so it is not the same as the rouble price converted at today's rate. The exact amount is quoted by your manager before payment.

Payment methods, charges and currency
The payment methods available depend on your country of residence, the currency of payment and other circumstances. Your manager will offer one or more available options.
Payment counts as made from the moment the money arrives by the chosen method. Your manager then sends you a confirmation.
Charges of banks, payment systems and transfer operators, where there are any, are paid by you — unless we have agreed otherwise in advance.
The rate we use to work out the price is agreed with your manager in advance — that is the rate fixed in your amount. If your bank or payment system applies its own conversion rate when the money leaves your account, the final figure may differ slightly: that happens on their side and is outside our control.
We give out payment details only in the conversation where your order has already been discussed. If details arrive from a new chat, an unfamiliar number or "another member of staff", do not send money — check with your own manager first.

Payment confirmation
You receive your order number as soon as you submit the order on the website: with it you can see what is happening at any time on the order status page.
After payment your manager sends a separate confirmation. Keep it until the end of your trip: you will need it if a question about payment comes up or a refund is required.

If something goes wrong
Money has left your account but there is no confirmation. Write to your manager or to info@visacentr.pro and attach the receipt. We reply within 10 business days — that period is set out in the offer.
You have withdrawn from the service. If you withdraw before the service has begun and before any work on your order has been carried out, the cost of our services is refunded in full. If the work has already started, the refund is made in accordance with the public offer.
The visa service has refused. The government fee is normally non-refundable: it is charged for considering the application, not for a positive decision. Whether it is refunded is decided by the state issuing the visa, under its own rules — that is outside our control. If, however, the refusal was caused by a mistake we made in preparing or submitting the documents, we will prepare and submit the application again at our own expense, or refund the cost of our services.
The full refund terms are set out in the public offer, section "Refunds".
